DESCRIPTION

1、 Different volume

The pick-up winding device of the chain hoist is the ring chain, and the rotation of the sprocket is the key to the lifting. The winding direction of the ring chain on the sprocket can be set at will, with high flexibility and reasonable structure, so the volume is small. The winding device of the steel wire rope hoist is the steel wire rope. The lifting depends on the reel. To reach the maximum height, the steel wire rope needs to be wound on the reel for at least 3 turns. This leads to the increase of drum length, height and drum length, and the volume of the equipment will increase. Therefore, the steel wire rope hoist of the same specification is several times or even more than ten times that mentioned by the chain hoist.

2、 Different lifting heights

The wire rope hoist lifts heavy objects by the elastic deformation of the wire rope wound on the drum. The smaller the drum diameter, the greater the wire rope type variable, because one side bears pressure and the other side bears tension. In order to make these two forces not exceed the regulations, the drum diameter needs to be increased. The chain hoist is hinged by the chain link, and the chain link mainly bears the tension. In order to reduce the extrusion strength between the chain links and the contact surface between the chain link and the sprocket nest, the sprocket will be made into a nest. It can be seen that for the two types of equipment with the same specification, the former drum diameter is greater than the latter sprocket diameter, so for the track with the same height, the lifting height of the former is less than that of the latter.

3、 Different running distance

The axis of the wire rope hoist is parallel to the center line of the trolley running track, while the ring chain hoist and the center line of the running track can be installed at 90 degrees. Therefore, under the same conditions and track length, the running distance of the latter is relatively long.

4、 Different modifications

Wire rope hoist has different lifting height and different model length, so the one with lower lifting height cannot be changed to one with higher lifting height. On the contrary, although it can be refitted, the drum of electric hoist will be idle, resulting in waste. The type of chain hoist has nothing to do with the lifting height. It is only related to the length of the chain. If you want to refit, you only need to change the chain.
