DESCRIPTION

The electric hoist will inevitably have some problems of this kind or that in the long-term use process. Some failure problems are more common, so what are these common problems?

1. The braking is unreliable, and the sliding distance exceeds the specified requirements. It may be that the spring pressure is reduced due to the large wear of the brake ring; ②the brake surface is oily; ③the brake ring is loose; ④the pressure spring is weak; ⑤the coupling does not rotate well or is stuck; Too much momentum.

2. The temperature rise is too high. It may be ① overloaded use; ② working too frequently; ③ the brake clearance is too small, and the brake ring is not completely disengaged during operation.

3. The noise of the reducer is too loud, or the motor is buzzing, or the crane cannot be started after stopping midway. It may be that ① the lubrication is not in place; ② the power supply and the motor are out of phase; ③ the voltage is too low and the fluctuation is large; ④ the overload is lifted.

4. It cannot be lifted after starting, or it still does not stop when it reaches the extreme position. It may be ① the contact of the AC contractor is welded; ② the limiter is out of order; ③ the wire end inside the limit is connected incorrectly.
