Pallet truck is an important loading and unloading machinery for enterprises. Its main function is container loading and unloading and pallet transportation. However, in actual use, Pallet truck is prone to some overlooked problems during driving. Do you know what’s going on?
1. When the Pallet truck is driving, do not raise the forks too high. When entering or leaving the workplace or on the road, be aware of obstacles in the sky. During load operation, if the Pallet truck rises too high, it will increase the total pressure of the Pallet truck and affect the stability of the Pallet truck.
2. After the Pallet truck is unloaded, lower the fork to the normal driving position before driving.
3. When the Pallet truck is turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, it should send a signal and prohibit high-speed sharp turns. High-speed sharp turns will cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and tip over.
4. It is strictly forbidden to stop when Pallet truck is going downhill.
5. Under non-special circumstances, it is forbidden to brake the load while driving.
6. When the load travels more than 7 degrees and rises and falls at a speed higher than the first gear, the brake should not be used under non-special circumstances.
7. Pallet truck abides by the traffic rules of the factory during operation, and should keep a certain distance from the front end of the wind state.
8. When Pallet truck is running, the load is at a low level that does not hinder the running. The rack should be tilted back appropriately. Do not increase the load when stacking or loading. When transporting large objects, the object will block the driver’s view, so the height of the Pallet truck should be lowered.
9. Pallet truck is controlled by the rear wheels, so you should pay attention to the back swing of the car to avoid sudden car steering when driving.
10. Do not open the slope or drive on the slope.
11. When the Pallet truck goes downhill, the Pallet truck should be driven backwards to prevent the cargo from falling.
